I’m entering the Octopode factory challenge again this week! This weeks theme is Hollywood!
For my prize for winning last weeks challenge I got to choose 3 digi stamps! I chose Edward scissorhands and two of the flapper girls!
I’ve used my Edward digi stamp to make this MDF heart!

I painted the MDF heart with blue acrylic paint, inked through a splodgeaway cogs mask using versamark ink pad, and then embossed it with white embossing powder.
I also added my personalised clarity stamp to the back with black archival ink pad.
I then inked around the edge with a silver pigment ink pad to add a grungy, vintage feel, and also to represent machinery as Edward is made out of nuts and bolts and spare parts really!!
I then varnished the whole thing using matte mod podge! (Protects from dust and things when you hang it up on display!)
I then added a lightning bolt silver charm on black wire, a black and silver ribbon to hang it up, and a black zipper rose from creative expressions!
Hope you like it!
I’m really loving the Octopode factory stamps at the moment, they’re really unique and I love the Edward Scissorhands as I love the movie, and Lily’s drawing is so good of him! Tim Burton is also one of my favourite directors of all time!
